I really don’t understand why traffic grinds to a halt when there is no reason for it at at.  I can understand if there is a accident and everyone is out there rubbernecking but if there is nothing going on at all, what’s the deal with people just clogging up the roadways for no reason?

Yes, I’m still here and I’m actually posting something today.   As for my current goings on, I’ve decided to remove the forums.   I was playing with something on my server and I ended up breaking the forums.   I don’t feel like reinstalling them and since no one posts on there anyways it’s no big loss.  In other news, I’ve been able to get in touch with a few of my old friends that I haven’t talked to in years.   It’s been really great to hear from everyone and I’ve promised everyone that I would not become a stranger this time around.  Time files so fast that it’s so easy to lose contact with people.  I just want to say that I love you all and that I wish I would not have let so much time slip away without staying in touch.

Alex and Kevin from the great Diggnation podcast/videocast came out to Reno today to do a live show. Luckly I got the attend this event. It was a lot of fun and those guys are crazy fun. There was a lot of laughs and a lot of drinking as people kept buying them shots during the show. They also had this giant flaming drink that was called “candy water”. Since I’m not a drinker I don’t know what the drink consists of but I could tell that the guys were starting to get a bit typsy. They are going to be here for the next few days doing some skiing and snowboarding up at Mt. Rose and there is also a Blackjack tournament. I won’t get to make it to those since I’ll be working but it was really cool to get to meet the guys that make a show I enjoy so much every week. After they taped the show they had a little meet and greet. I got to have a chat with them for a little bit. I asked them to bless me as I have a possible job offer on the table that I really hope I get. They wished me luck and they said to email them if I get the job. I’m certainly going to take them up on that offer. I didn’t have my camera and I didn’t ask for an autograph, I figured I’d spare them from that cause everyone else was getting their picture and such. I’ll probably regret it later but I was just thankful to be part of the experience.

Well the website for my high school reunion is up. I was really fired up about going but now I’m not so sure I want to go. It seems awefully expensive. $65 a person till the end of March and then it goes up to $80. Before I make my decision I would really like to know where all this money is supposed to be going. The reunion details aren’t posted yet but I will be watching to see what comes up.
